What is included in a Webuy Free & Easy package?
Return flights from Singapore, hotel accommodation for the package nights, and airport transfers at the destination. Day-to-day activities, meals and intra-city transport are not included — that is the "free" part. We can add optional tours, attraction tickets and travel insurance on request.
Can I customise the hotel choice?
Yes. The packages on this page show our recommended hotel category, but you can upgrade or downgrade. Most clients pick a different hotel than the default; just let your consultant know your preference (location, brand, star rating, family room, etc.).
Are the flights confirmed at the time of booking?
Flights are confirmed once payment is received. The flight times and airlines shown are based on real-time availability and may change slightly before issuance. You will see the final flight schedule on your e-ticket within 24 hours of payment.
Can I extend my stay beyond the package nights?
Yes. Just tell us the extra nights and we will quote an add-on rate for the same hotel (or a different one). Flight return-date changes are subject to fare class rules — we will confirm the cost before you commit.
What happens if my flight is cancelled or delayed?
You are protected by your airline's policy plus our 24/7 WhatsApp support line. If a cancellation forces a hotel night change, we re-arrange on your behalf. We strongly recommend adding travel insurance at booking — it covers most disruption scenarios at low cost.
